We have experienced a fly infestation since we moved into Chiswick last October. Management has offered no beneficial solution and now that the weather is warming the flies are re-emerging. The fly problem is in addition to a CO2 alarm going off at 10:30PM at night (we had to flee our apartment - in my case, I was bathing and had to go outside in 20 degree weather wearing only a robe), a broken garage door (the only car exit from the underground parking that was unrepaired for weeks, athletic equipment in the "work out room"... read more
This is a warm and friendly apartment community with responsive onsite management and maintenance. Most dogs and cats are permitted. Underground indoor parking is an extra plus during cold winter days. An outdoor pool is open to cool down during the summer.
Visited my parents at the apartments here. Lovely pool and gym.
A great 2.5 years and the Chizzy for our family. Moved to Milwaukee, never saw the apartment or complex but it was an instant hit. The pool, gym, clubhouse, parking, great neighbors (Betty!) apartment layout was a huge 3 bedroom overlooking the pool. Everything was nice, for an apartment it’s everything you need.
