I went in to see Paula due to an issue I've been having with my neck caused by stress and poor posture for various reasons. When I went in for my consultation she was asking me questions about when I started experiencing the pain, which I told her was a few months ago, she asked me multiple questions to better understand my history to ensure she wouldn't be doing any more damage to my neck, which I appreciated. Paula is a fantastic chiropractor. In the 90 day challenge she had me freer in my movements than I ever remember being. Trust me, do the exercises as well as the adjustment, give yourself time, and you will be feeling a million bucks.
I have received Chiropractic care from Paula for a number of months now. There have been some positive changes in strength, balance, concentration, sleeping and digestion. This is my first experience of Chiropractic Therapy in seventy three years and I was very hesitant about it. However, the support and friendly attitude of Paula and all her staff have won me over. I'm looking forward to the time ahead when I believe further improvement will be my experience.
