I found Dr. Passi to be knowledgeable (a degree in kinesiology before chiropractic college) and striking the right balance between professional and personable. He listens deeply and responds with genuine compassion, validation and patience. As a retired massage therapist and now a senior athlete I appreciate hearing his rationale behind his prescribed remedial exercises. I went in thinking there was something wrong with my lower back, as I thought it was sticking out more than normal. Charanpreet Passi put me at ease straight away and explained that this was perfectly normal and part of my body structure. He was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and I left with some helpful exercises and tips on how to improve my mobility. Overall great experience — would highly recommend!
