Lovely chips cheese and gravy, tasty and massive portions but not cheap �7 for large chips cheese and gravy but worth it
Chips were edible. Chicken tasted disgusting, the staff were rude and could barely speak.
We ordered chicken doner wraps specifically because we don’t eat beef. We got given lamb and beef wraps and they refused to change it despite them getting the order wrong.
Very disappointed with our experience at The Chippy in Cardiff. We ordered chicken doners, but were served beef instead. When we raised the mistake, rather than apologising and correcting it, we were charged extra to receive the chicken we had originally ordered. Customers shouldn’t have to pay more to fix an error that wasn’t theirs. Poor service and very disappointing handling of the situation.
