The kindest staff you could possibly ask for. They helped both of my parents with domestic assistance and personal care. They go beyond their call of duty and have always care for my parents health and have become really close with the staff, that help them with their home support and take them shopping as well. My mum received CHSP service from The Chinese Fraternity association. The staff Janet is very knowledgeable and polite. Very easy to communicate. All the answers had been answered promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended this provider to everyone who need help.
To be very honest , I don’t know what’s going on with these previous reviews Chinese Fraternity have been my providers for a couple of years now and I can’t recommend them enough in all dealings , phone calls emails , and sms messages There’s been times if they have been on a break or at a meeting they get straight back to me I just received my monthly BUDJET and statement on time and everything accurate as usual Nothing like my short term providers in my home state of Tas they were dreadful !!!! Dont answer calls, dont reply to emails, dont know the rules properly, wont give you the rules, dont tell you the truth, make up untrue stories, pretend they dont have emails, wont pass you to the manager, hang up on you, difficulty understanding english, endless repeating requests because they ignore them, and try and make up incorrect and untrue excuses or just try to be difficult, and go back on their agreements. Always answers calls, and go out of their way to ensure my mother is provided for and looked after. At first was concerned as could only have full provider managed without any self managed, however, the fees are worth the service.
