Great advice and assistance with everything they do. Keep me updated on my account, often just calling me to see how iam.carers they provide are fantastic, always look forward to their visits. You don't have to be Chinese to use the Fraternity, iam,Dutch heritage born and raised in Australia.
I have been a client of this awesome provider for some years now and can only say that they continue to do there very best to look after my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this provider to anyone who is looking for awesome service , they care any issues are delt with quickly. The only issue i have is that the staff answering inquiries are hard to understand SORRY. Thank you for your awesome service hopefully this will continue well into the future Len
To be very honest , I don’t know what’s going on with these previous reviews Chinese Fraternity have been my providers for a couple of years now and I can’t recommend them enough in all dealings , phone calls emails , and sms messages There’s been times if they have been on a break or at a meeting they get straight back to me I just received my monthly BUDJET and statement on time and everything accurate as usual Nothing like my short term providers in my home state of Tas they were dreadful !!!! Dont call back, dont reply to emails, dont know the rules properly, wont pass you to the manager, difficulty understanding properly.
