Dont answer calls, dont reply to emails, dont know the rules properly, wont give you the rules, dont tell you the truth, make up untrue stories, pretend they dont have emails, wont pass you to the manager, hang up on you, difficulty understanding english, endless repeating requests because they ignore them, and try and make up incorrect and untrue excuses or just try to be difficult, and go back on their agreements. Always answers calls, and go out of their way to ensure my mother is provided for and looked after. At first was concerned as could only have full provider managed without any self managed, however, the fees are worth the service.
