I want to thank you guys for the beautiful work on all 4 of our chimneys. The other companies wanted us to rebuild them all I'm sure because of the cost to do. Vincent you explained the difference and that pointing the chimneys not only would save us money but we are glad we called you. On 04/21/26 I Sent $1,339.84 to "The Chimney Sweep" Hopwood, PA to order a new wood stove. On 05/25/26 I Sent $115 more for an adapter, On 05/29/26 I Sent $500 more as deposit for installation; total sent = $1,954.84 As of 7/17/26 I am told that the stove was shipped but it never arrived. He says he was scammed by the stove company, but even if he got scammed by the stove company he has almost $2000 of my money which he needs to refund to me. I filed a police report with the PA State Police.
Thanks for all the help you guys did today. You went out of your way to help in many ways. I called all of the local chimney companies and we are so glad we got you. You were hundreds less than any other company and the quality is unreal. Thanks Vincent and Dan. We are recommending you to our home owners group in this area.
We had an issue with our gas boiler and hot water tank. We really didn't know what to do so we called a couple companies explained to them what was going on and that we were new home buyers. So We scheduled an appointment with one and was set for July 15. Something just didn't feel right so we called another company and thank God we did. After explaining everything they came right over the same day saying that needs to be looked at ASAP.
