Got left in the lurch by another company, I called Jim last minute on Thursday before the storm and he made extra effort to come out on Friday and take care of us. Wonderful guy and does a great job, will 100% be back.
My experience with the chimney sweep was great. I called him on a Wednesday afternoon, and he was out at my place on Friday afternoon. My chimney was clogged and preventing my furnace from being used. In a couple of hours of work on Friday, the chimney sweep had me up and running: chimney unclogged with a new cap on top.
