Hired the chimney sweep to do a chimney inspection on a new house we bought before using fireplace.. they cleaned the chimney wrote down some notes for some basic masonary repairs.. the 2 guys here didn't write up the estimate and said that office staff would do that..After reconnecting with them after another week of not hearing anything back from them on the estimate I was told that he had "shingles" and he would be getting the estimates done that week.. waited another week, called again left message, no reply.... called a... read more
