The owner of this company, who is the only person you'll speak with is unhinged. You know that pretty immediately. He is moody, inappropriate and you just know that in order to get the job done it's going to take A LOT of patience. Not to mention, he treats his workers poorly. I was promised a date, my plan changed a bit but still wanted to work together and because it didn't go completely his way, he told me that I was being cut off as a client and my date was now off of his calendar. I was referred to Chimney Medic by our roofer and I'm glad they did! Mickey and his crew repointed our stone chimney and did a chimney sweep for us. Mickey is friendly and courteous and responded quickly to our calls. The price for the work was reasonable. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use Chimney Medic again and refer him to others in need of work on their chimney.

Service my fireplace a few times and never did it correctly. When I called about a leak that was never fixed properly the owner was super sketchy and rude in his response. Some long story about how it wasn’t his responsibility. Instead of treating me like a return client, he acted like he didn’t remember. Ultimately called someone else who verified that none of the work that I spent lots of money on was done correctly!

Micky built an entire chimney as well as an indoor gas fireplace from scratch! He was extremely polite and straight forward with us. There were no surprises beside how amazing everything turned out. Work was done on time and we had communication every step of the way. Highly recommend!!!
