Had service done on 10/16/24 and both men did an amazing job. I had a lot of questions being that it was my first wood stove, and they answered all my questions. I learned a lot from them. In the future I will continue to use their service. Thank you!
Contacted and set up an appointment for an estimate on chimney repair about a month ago, with a set time frame for someone to come. Waited throughout the day only to have someone arrive two hours after said time. After the gentleman inspected the chimney I was told I'd be contacted with a price estimate for the work needed to be completed. I never heard back after that. Only positive is that the gentleman I dealt with was very polite.
Recently had work to install a new liner, wood stove, and had work done outside. The crew was responsive, on time, and got the work done as quickly as possible! The team was also very thorough in answering all of my questions and giving me details on things I wouldn’t even know to ask! Super happy with my beautiful wood stove!
