Called and left a voice message on Monday the 8th inquiring about a chimney inspection and cleaning. Their message indicated it would take approximately two business days for a call back. I never received a call so I called back on Friday the 12th and left another message. Today is now Wednesday the 17th and they have not once called. Really unfortunate as I am a new customer who wanted your services but will be looking elsewhere now.
Called and left a message trying to schedule a chimney inspection and cleaning if necessary for a house we purchased this year. Waited a week with no response. Wife tried calling again and got voicemail again. Called competitor and got it on the schedule right away.
