Don't waste your money!! Technician arrived with the intent of selling me a new fireplace insert. Do they get a bonus for up-selling? When I received the written report, it stated a couple of things did not work. I tested them, and they work fine. I replied this info to the Technician and received no response.
On time, courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy. Fireplace and chimney cleaning and inspection were expertly done. Complete clean up and explanation of work completed. Great Communication , Great people
