If these guys fix chimneys like they drive, I'd stay far away! I almost got rear ended by someone in their work van going 75 mph on I 41 this morning. And then said person proceeded to flip me off like it was my fault. Not a very professional way to conduct oneself while out representing the company!
They drive RECKLESSLY on the highway with their company vehicles.
Unethical. Wouldn’t recommend this company.
Did several repairs that needed to be done. Showed up on time work was completed satisfactory. Would go through them again and highly recommend!!!
Our fireplace was incorrectly repaired. Chimney Experts confirmed it was their fault, but they ignored our phone calls for a year and did not come back to fix their mistake. Very disappointed in their poor business ethic and lack of communication. Would not recommend.
