Always VERY responsive/prompt, incredibly thorough and very friendly. I am always pleased with the work they do and their prices are reasonable.
Had my new furnace inspected by MUD this am at 10:00. Needed the chimney cap changed as it was not up to city code for venting furnace through Chimney with liner. Mind you, The Chimney Dr installed liner in 2023. Called Chimney Dr and cap was changed out 2 hrs later for Free. These guys are top notch and stand behind their product. I was beyond happy with their service. 5 stars isn't enough@

Randall took great care of us! We have a 100 year old fireplace and had no idea where to even begin. Even talked to an engineer prior who said you need to find an expert in old fireplaces - not easy to find anymore. Randall explained all the differences between an old fireplace and a modern one. He offered advice on how to maintain and showed the condition of the fireplace from the inside in real-time - pointed out potential problem spots and mentioned problems that may arise due to age.
