I had chimney champ out to clean my chimney, which never happened he sent someone inexperienced that took the insert out looked put the insert back I had to help him remove and put the insert back in give his employee tools to do his job and then he had the audacity to charge me $250 for not cleaning my chimney!?!?!? This guy is a joke and I wouldn’t use him… The owner of chimney champ admitted he overcharged me, said he would refund me $100 and still has not refunded my money..
