Door-To-Door sales reps who ignore no soliciting signs and misrepresent their business. When you complain, management will tell you that you've been added to a no knock list, but you will continue to get constant harassment from their sales reps. Sales reps will not give you their name or refuse to leave when asked and will claim that they're representing the city or county and are there to look at the efficiency of your air conditioner. I would not trust them for anything in my house.
We recently had a complete HVAC system replacement completed by the Chill brothers crew. We scheduled the pre installation, the installation and then the final inspection. They stated that they would arrive at 0800, and finish in about 6 hours. The installation crew showed up a few moments before 0800 as promised, the did the removal and installation of the new system in 5 hours and some change, performed a series of performance tests and inspections, loaded up the old system and were gone.
