Personally, Julia is really a great person making all this happen and gives the most sacrifice to this establishment. I appreciate her very much for her efforts.
My husband was supervised here for a year. They are ridiculously strict but don’t follow their own rules Everyone has access to their phone number so you don’t ever know who you’re talking to. Theyre pretty unresponsive. The custodial parent was never made “follow” the rules. More importantly, attendance records have become a vital requirement. It's not the ideal environment to spend time with your children, but that's not TCT's fault. Blame that one on the judge who ordered it in the first place. For my experience, I saw my son for the first time in 7 months (also the judge's fault) we had a blast and our supervisor Sydney was terrific.

Great place but they will let you overpay if you're not careful. They're very busy and sometimes overwhelmed by the workload. So make sure your receipts are sent to your email after every visit or you may find them saying "you didn't pay for the upcoming visit" and you "owe" something. As long as you bring cash everytime, you can be sure you paid for your upcoming visit but you can always just pay through an invoice they send as well.
