Front desk lady is rude. The owner takes no accountability for the employees they hired. I don’t understand how you can have attitude issues and be racist but want to work around kids. That’s dangerous.
Front desk big boned associate is extremely unprofessional, racist, & a liability. Everyone should be treated equally regardless of ethnicity especially when they follow your company’s procedures i.e making a reservation, but said employee couldn’t because racism stopped her from doing her job. Ruining the experience for the child and putting a horrible taste in future customers mouths. She should be ashamed.
