I read the reviews prior to the appointment and got a bit worried. I however had a great experience and my son participated in the the conversation. He was able to reiterate what the paediatrician said and I was quite happy with that. The receptionist was a polite and friendly young lady. My mind is at ease. All in all I felt assured assured that the we got the service that was required and more.
Absolutely lovely practice. Front reception staff go above and beyond.
The receptionist is very rude she put me on hold for long time and then just hung up my call. It happed twice. I wasted my time.
