So I made an online purchase on a black Friday! And I actually went online on Monday and saw that the items I bought were way cheaper so I placed an online order with all items I had actually had previously purchased since The Childrens Place says returns/exchanges are hassle free! Terrible customer service ! I placed an order on Tuesday evening, and the price dropped on Wednesday morning. I requested a price match and they refused because they say they only do it on fully priced items. I requested an order cancellation and they say they cannot do it ! They really count of me being lazy but too bad - they really got me super upset so I'm going to return the items in store and place another order... NOT ! They lost me as a client.
Order some things from this company sent me the confirmation of the order and the rest of the information but then they decided to cancel it without notifying me the reasons and without letting me know via email that my order had been canceled, do not buy here the costumer service is not done responsible and above all they do not offer you any solution
Como cuando vas a tu tienda favorita pero el servicio es pesimo.. El dia de hoy fui a la tienda y al llrgar a caja le pregunto a la persona que si hablaba en español y me contesto que si .. Le pregunte algo sobre los puntos y me pidio mi numero de telefono y me dijo dimelo en ingles? La vdd me dio tanta pena por que aunque es algo basico y me lo sabia mi acompañante respondio por mi... After the way I was just treated in store# 1951 my manager Senaya that I will NEVER shop at Children's Place again.. Did an even exchange for 1 item and bought more items and she refused to give me a receipt. Stating that I did have a receipt for the 1 item. When I tried to explain that I bought the other items out right go I wanted a receipt she refused and I had to refuse to get out of line in order for her to refund me back my money... I USE TO LOVE THIS STORE BUT AFTER TONIGHT I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN..
