I never shop here and I definitely won’t be back. First, the only worker I saw was the very timid and dismissive girl at the counter who literally answered the phone mid conversation with me. Second, what kind of store doesn’t at least give you store credit for clothes that don’t fit and have all the tags on still? 2 stars because the clothes are cute and the store was mostly organized.

We returned jeans that didn’t fit my daughter well. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me comb through jeans to find what we needed. I asked at the register if they could check one more time for my daughter’s fit and style. Color didn’t matter to me. To our surprise, the manager found one additional pair. They price matched the jeans and shirts we were purchasing, entered a discount code and scanned a discount barcode they had for a sale. The customer service was superb. I ordered online and picked up in store. The line was a 10 minuted wait. Once it was my turn, my order was ready but in the back room.
