I order children’s palace every 3/4 months… I placed a online order and she told me she couldn’t pull up my pick up order because they no longer looked it up by name, which every time I go in I give them my name and drivers license, well I had no internet to give her a order number, and as customers we don’t think to do that when picking up a order, and mysteriously she pulled it up by my name like they always do!
