Extremely rude and argumentative manager on duty. Not sure what his issue was but if he's going to be taking orders for the drive thru he needs to be paying attention to what is being ordered. Then, when confronted with a messed up order he yells at the customer? Absolutely insane.
Slow service? More like no service. Stopped at this location after work one night. There was myself and 3 other cars in the drive thru. Not one of us got service. We all sat there easily for 5 minutes. One by one we all left. I contacted the corporate customer service line and said my case would be forwarded on to the management team at this location, which happens to be right down the street from the corporate offices. I visited this establishment yesterday afternoon.. I will not come back to this Wendy's
I ordered a Jr. cheeseburger deluxe at the drive-thru and drove off and opened up my wrapping about to eat, and I couldn’t believe what I saw! It was a huge fly crawling around inside my wrapping on the hamburger and I quickly closed it back to return it. It was so disgusting to see and it creeped me out! However, I did take it back and I was able to show the Manager and he apologized and offered me a coupon to eat for free. I refused to take the coupon and told him I would never come there again! Service is crap, as soon as we walked in all staff are cussing, and saying racial slurs toward the only Spanish gut on the crew. in front of children, and when I confronted the manager ( who was part of it) he got defensive. I hope nobody on that crew no longer has a job. Reported to corporate. (Spanish guy had NO part)
Disappointed with this store. Fries have been burnt, orange juice rancid and tasteless, wrong burgers given, and breakfast sandwich was cold. I gave them three tries; all orders were awful. Never going back to this location.
It would be nice if the breakfast biscuits weren't crispy like the crispy chicken nuggets.
Usually no issues here, but just went through drive thru and ordered 6 pc. nuggests, asiago chicken ranch and small fries, but fries were not in bag and chicken sandwich was hard and barely edible. Don't have time to go back to drive-thru and have them fix order but would be nice if I could at least get money back or fries back on next visit. Receipt #3546, host Q'yana. Thanks.
