Bad place to shop, they are rude and they don’t help you in the needs or find a solution if you didn’t find something you were looking for. Don’t ever come back to this place
The employees always seem to have an attitude. It’s like you’re bothering them. Horrible customer service. I’d rather only shop online.
They give you deal and nice people and funny they got great clothes
Won't be shopping in-store again. Terrible customer service as a former customer service employee I understand back to school time can be stressful but you should always treat each and every customer with respect as the cashier is ringing me up she is throwing my children's clothes to the side. She is visibly irritated. She also makes a comment to her co worker about the dressing room because some of my items didn't have a hanger. She was very rude! Workers were fine I had no issues with them. This store suite is WAY TOO SMALL for childrens place. They need one twice the size. Aisles are NOT ADA compliant as I could hardly fit my stroller down the side walls and inbetween fixtures. Anyone with a wheelchair would not be able to shop here. With the fixtures being so close together it made it impossible for me to not only walk around the store with my stroller but also for our family to shop comfortably with a 1 year old as EVERYTHING was in reach of her and no where for h... read more
