Won't be shopping in-store again. Terrible customer service as a former customer service employee I understand back to school time can be stressful but you should always treat each and every customer with respect as the cashier is ringing me up she is throwing my children's clothes to the side. Workers were fine I had no issues with them. This store suite is WAY TOO SMALL for childrens place. They need one twice the size. Aisles are NOT ADA compliant as I could hardly fit my stroller down the side walls and inbetween fixtures. Anyone with a wheelchair would not be able to shop here. With the fixtures being so close together it made it impossible for me to not only walk around the store with my stroller but also for our family to shop comfortably with a 1 year old as EVERYTHING was in reach of her and no where for h... read more
Madison helped me and was the sweetest most helpful person ever! She got me exactly what I needed and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with what I was getting, give this lady a raise!!
Visited this store to get a graduation outfit for my son. The store felt very welcoming. Customer service was amazing. Even though they were busy, all the employees there were so nice and willingly to help with finding the outfit for me. Would recommend this store to anyone!
Madison was amazing and we love her good customer service and love her energy
