This location always seems to be low on stock, I usually order online. Not much of a in person shopper since covid. I have experienced delays in communication in terms of order status. However I feel like that’s more corporate not the store. Whenever I do in store pick up I notice the racks bare, jewelry/ accessories are slim to none. The workers seem like they are always stocking, I do wish they would have a better method for pick up. I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst guest service I have ever experienced. Placed on online order for matching family pajamas. Extra 10% off to ship to store. Never received confirmation that store received order had to call and ask if my order was there. Went to pick up and asked specifically why there were only 4 packages out of 6. Bad customer service. Lady was unhelpful and lazy
Needed a specific clothing item for an event and didn’t want to order online and wait. I tried jc penny, old navy, and kohl’s. All had to be purchased online. Called this location and they had the shirt I was looking for on hand and they put it up for me at the front. Went and purchased it, easy peasy!! Ty guys.
