I love the actual company! I will alway buy my kids clothes here but the store in the Holyoke mall,has the worst worker as a cashier. She acted as she didn't see me waiting in line, then said I was to busy on my phone, while I was just waiting for help. Took 3 other people before me and just had an argument with me. Sad part was my sister said something to me and I only responded to what she said. Horrible customer service. I have worked in retail and I would never make someone feel like trash.
They closed 30-45 mins b4 their scheduled time and their manager is extremely rude
