Absolutely unacceptable customer service at The Children’s Place in Manassas Mall. I placed an online order for in-store pickup and walked in to find two employees standing at the register doing absolutely nothing. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Nothing. I stated I was there for a pickup and both employees literally looked at each other and stayed silent, as if waiting for me to disappear. I stood there awkwardly until I finally had to say, “Hello? Relenda and Savannah were great! They helped find everything we needed! I miss the children's place bags though, I liked carrying it through the mall!
