This location is always very clean and organized .I came in Saturday because I seen on TikTok they had a .99 sale. Even though this location didn’t have many items one of the associates help me find a few .99 things. I believe the young lady name was Shay she made my visit a pleasure.
So I’ve done retail and I get that some days may be bad or frustrating but that’s still no excuse to not give good customer service. Came to this location and no one greeted me. One young lady was on the floor with the clothes on the floor folding shirts. The other was on the phone as in her cell phone actually talking to someone instead of me. It would have been nice for either one to say something.
Came in to shop and really didn’t have any ideas on what to get my grand and Erin came to my rescue. What an awesome experience and thank you
This review is solely based on this store’s customer service!!!!!! I am a loyal shopper for all my kids (I have from 3 years old to 14 years old). And every time I come here the customer service is always a 10 well in you’ll case a 5 star. And I usually don’t do this but the day I was in there last minute school shopping, the young lady name Erin was extremely helpful with me but also patient and professional with an older African American woman that was giving her and a sweet young girl who was ringing out the HARDEST time!... read more
