I went here on February 14th in the afternoon and the young lady that was working has a very bad attitude. She didn’t greet us or ask us if we needed any help with anything. When we got to the register she didn’t ask if we found everything we needed or anything. However, she did mumble that if we wanted a bag it would be 15 cents. Charging for bags at a clothing store in the mall is ridiculous. This is not Aldi lol. This location is trash.
I placed my order online. I received an email to pick it up, but I am feeling sick. I send my daughter in with my ID. It was 2 ladies, one claim to be the manager. She looked and sounded angry. My daughter called me to tell me I had to add her name to pick up my order, even though she had the email and my ID. It's freezing out! Shame on them for giving an attitude to my teens. Went in to get my order and the lady stated I had to have my ID even though I can prove my debit card being used and email confirmation and she was like yea can you walk to your car and come back. I just worked all day and I have a bad knee no I can’t tbh. Like I get that you don’t want your items just given to anyone but mostly everything is done over line now ah days and they surly didn’t ask for my ID when making the purchase?? Seems awfully odd. I love this location. I always come here and shop for my girls clothes. Employees always nice to me. Just wish they would not only have 1 register open. They have 2 in total sooooo yeah...use it..I would suggest.
The employees at the store have been nothing but friendly and very helpful. They’ve helped me finish my order. They help me trying to get come back in. This was a few days ago and I had a little problem trying to use my card and they help me out with the card and I was able to purchase my order
