This review is solely based on this store’s customer service!!!!!! I am a loyal shopper for all my kids (I have from 3 years old to 14 years old). And every time I come here the customer service is always a 10 well in you’ll case a 5 star. And I usually don’t do this but the day I was in there last minute school shopping, the young lady name Erin was extremely helpful with me but also patient and professional with an older African American woman that was giving her and a sweet young girl who was ringing out the HARDEST time!... read more
Erin has made my shopping experience here as seamless as possible. She directed me to all the great deals to help me get things for my niece and nephew and preparation for school. Awesome customer service and Ill definitely will be there again!
I had been calling customer service about my order for two weeks due to my order stating it was "in transit". They gave me many different stories about my order before canceling it and stating my whole order was out of stock. I called the store and spoke with the manager Erin. Thank goodness for kind people. She stated if I came in, she would assist me with getting the items I had previously ordered.
