I have been trying to pick up my online package from here the past 2 days and they have been closed. Not sure why or for how long I've called and no one answers I just want my package please. But love the clothes for here perfect for my growing big girl.
I ordered from this store since September 23rd and I was suppose to receive my items on Friday oct 1. I did not receive it since till this moment and the next thing they told me is to be dealing with ups. They do not care if I get my money or items back or not. Too bad and a fraudulent act. I won’t ever use children’s place again. Particularly this store!
I went in to do an exchange because I placed an order online and the items didn't fit. I made the online purchase with a mastercard gift card that my mother gave me to contribute to some uniforms for my daughter. When I went in, I walked by 4 workers who failed to greet us. The floor is extremely hard to walk through. It's a very tight squeeze. Just went in store because I bought my daughter a coat off line and it was just a little to small and the lady that was there helped me as soon as I walked in supppper sweet she is awesome great customer service very clean store and now my babygirl has a good coat and she loves it :) I will definitely be going back soon !!!
