never order from them it is a rip off, my niece did and they have ripped her off a lot of money....
Ordered online total $221. was charged over $700 dollars and cant get any answers or help to fix the problem . Theft is what I call it
Sent an email on April 30th that my $50 children’s place bucks had expired due to extraordinary times associated with Covid 19 and asked for my bucks to be reinstated. I have not received a reply. This is extremely poor customer relations and a very bad experience.

BUYER BEWARE!! I loved the brick and mortar store but the online store? I haven't received my order yet. Customer service is completely horrible!! I never received the clothes I ordered and there is no one answering their phones for customer service. They don't reply to emails either. And if you scroll the comment section you'll see I'm not the only one with problems. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE!!!
I placed an online order from the crossroads mall store in Portage, Michigan. I received an email to pick up the order by March 27th. Before I could get the order the store closed because of the pandemic. No one called me from the store to advise me that they were closing. So I paid for items that I don’t even know where they are. I purchased these items for my grandson and I’m sure they will be too small now. That is the reason for the poor customer service rating.
