Came to go back to school shopping. Says it opens at 11. Came to the mall at 1230 and was closed. Nothing more frustrating then going somewhere that says it's open and is actually closed
Due to COVID they are not open until 11 am. I had a package to pick up in store. I arrived at the store at 11:08 they were not open. I sat until 11:20 still not open. I called twice and no answer. Extremely unprofessional to not be open when you say you will be. I came for a package and planned on picking it up and leaving immediately because I had other plans. Now I have to come back a second time wasting all that gas.
Terrible customer service. Tried to exchange for a different sizeof pants wouldn't help because the tag was off, however I had the tag.Terrible selection of sizes in store.
Sale prices were quite good but the choice of clothes for newborns isn’t large. Couldn’t find a single item appropriate for us
