Don't buy! Pure garbage, my son used this jacket for the first time today and comes home after school to this broken zipper, then go online to return and you make the customer pay for return shipping.

Well, I have mixed feelings about the store. I love their products quality and customer service in general. However, today Sat 27 around 1pm when I visited the store to do returns and pick ups, I encountered a very annoying clerk. She was in pinky/red scarf/ head cover and she kept walking around me reminding me of keeping an eye on my toddlers. Mall or America location is a disaster, clothes everywhere. Won’t be back there again.
Messy, disorganized, often out of stock on items, and the staff isn't the least bit helpful. Save yourself the trouble and just order online.
