It can feel a bit crowded with all the tables and racks, but the variety makes it easy to find something for every little Jedi-in-training. A quick, reliable spot for kids’ clothes with prices that stay friendly thanks to constant promotions.
I ordered snow gear for my toddler, the package arrived damaged and the boots fell out in shipping. I called customer service immediately and asked if they would be able to expedite shipping of a replacement as we needed the boots urgently so my son could use them in the snow. The rep told me they would not be able to expedite shipping (company policy) and I could expect them in 5-7 business days. I opted for a refund as we could not wait that long. Don't buy! Pure garbage, my son used this jacket for the first time today and comes home after school to this broken zipper, then go online to return and you make the customer pay for return shipping.
I would put a 0 star if I could my son sat down on the floor because he was tired there was a black male that works there that yelled at my son to get up because the floor was not for sitting
Well, I have mixed feelings about the store. I love their products quality and customer service in general. However, today Sat 27 around 1pm when I visited the store to do returns and pick ups, I encountered a very annoying clerk. She was in pinky/red scarf/ head cover and she kept walking around me reminding me of keeping an eye on my toddlers.
