The lady that checked me out smaller I think blonde lady was very nice and patient helping me download the app to save. While the lady with the afro was rude . I ordered snow gear for my toddler, the package arrived damaged and the boots fell out in shipping. I called customer service immediately and asked if they would be able to expedite shipping of a replacement as we needed the boots urgently so my son could use them in the snow. Don't buy! Pure garbage, my son used this jacket for the first time today and comes home after school to this broken zipper, then go online to return and you make the customer pay for return shipping.
