Terrible service. Both the manager and the sales associate were rude. I wanted to make an exchange on 2 items we had received as gifts. Both had tags and had never been worn. We were told rudely that they couldn't be returned or exchanged. I will never shop here again. I understand if this is store "policy" but there was no need to be short and rude about a simple request. There are plenty of stores with friendly associates and great customer service. This is not one of them!

Disorganized store and terrible service. While walking around the store with my 1 year old, I asked for some help locating some items. The employee waved me to a general direction and then walked off. No help looking for sizes or colors. Later, another mother was also asking for help locating something. Her kids were getting tired and whiney. The employee seemed generally annoyed. Um, if you really dislike kids then you probably shouldn't work at a kids store. DON'T SHOP HERE! First I want to start off by saying that this WAS the only place I shopped to get my 2 boys their clothes. I love the prices, the selection but after this experience I will NEVER be going back here. The last time I went here they forgot to take a security tag off of my kids sweats. I didn't notice as that is part of their JOB to do this so I figured it was done. That and the fact that they day I purchased this stuff I spent about $300 so the bag was full.
