The store is FILTHY, unorganized and a complete disaster, just 2 hours after opening on a weekday. . The staff has no sense of urgency, unwelcoming, no offering of assistance, NOTHING! I am most baffled by an employee who is customer- facing would be allowed to wear a bonnet to work and at the register. No representation of any company standard or herself. I will buy online before visiting this store again.

Zoe was nice & courteous very helpful letting me know about deals, she went so far in lending a helping hand to find clothes & accessories for my grandchildren it was a nice shopping experience, kindness & a smile can go a long way in Customer Service Keep up the good work Zoe
