The people are rude. Didn't get a receipt and needed size bigger and the lady said nothing she could do about it. Last dime I spend in that place.
It's not a perfect clothing store, but it is the only place in town where I have been able to find my daughter the required clothing for her various local activities. I don't like to shop for clothes online, so I'm thankful this store exists. I like the small store size, and they seem have just what we need despite that. I would love to see more clothing for children who don't fit the "average" size ranges, or more in-between sizes...
Poor quality , over priced.. NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!!
The people that work here are rude, I bought my granddaughter some boots for Christmas, the sole came off in less then a week..The receipt said I could return them by February 13th, they refused to reimburse me or even exchange them. When asked to talk to manager, she refused to talk to her customers. Even when it's printed on there receipt they refused to exchange there merchandise...
(Former Employee) This place is ran poorly Shelby the manager hired her friends to get stuff done, and all they do is say leave it for shelby, but everyone else gets in trouble for their lack of communication, and laziness a few of the new girls could run this place with one hand tied behind there backs, compared to the way Shelby, Aimee, and Amber do, they'll run into the ground soon ....good thing I reported my issues with HR.
