Having Fiona give me the answers and guidance I needed without all the extra input has been really calming to my mind. Knowing there is things we can do to improve my children’s wellbeing (plus my own) and being taken seriously is so nice when you have young children. Seeing a blood result there on the spot was very interesting and really helpful in knowing I wasn’t wrong seeking the help. Fiona was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, and we found our consultation with her very helpful. As parents of a neurodivergent child, we really appreciated how personalised her approach was and how she took the time to understand our son’s individual needs. We learnt so much about nutrition and how, while many of the healthy foods we were already giving him are nutritious, some may not be the most helpful for his particular needs, including considerations around histamines and gluten/wheat/dairy.
