I hate to give a low rating but this is the first experience I've had where I got no clear answer or evident assistance from office staff. I took off of work for my daughters appointment -- they are calling me the evening before to cancel telling me they don't have a referral from her primary. No one can clarify why they need a new referral all of a sudden, if it's expired or what. The office (Jhene or Danay) sounded as confused as I was and could not clarify why I was just being made aware about the referral being needed I ... read more
I am not a person that gives bad reviews but I must say my first experience was not great at this place. The doctor was wonderful and very informative but the receptionist kept sending my toddlers lung medication to the wrong pharmacy. I called 5 times to get it fixed over the course of a few days and I have yet to have his prescription sent to the right pharmacy yet.
We love the staff and Dr. Lea. Everyone is amazing and so helpful.
