Absolutely scam of an office. Sent a bill of $530 with a billing code of procedure not found and expected the insurance to pay when it didn’t the sent it to me and then expected me to pay and like usual having the go around to get ahold of anyone to resolve the issue still waiting

The staff and Dr. we're nice, and the Dr. took the time to answer my questions. The issue was that we waited over an hour before we even saw the Dr., and I was told that is common for that location (PSL). They also did not have WIFI, a TV on, and I don't remember seeing any toys for the kids. Little children having to wait over an hour with nothing to entertain them is a recipe for unhappy kiddos and unhappy parents.
