I am not one to leave negative reviews, but enough is enough. This is only the latest experience with the endocrinology department. It is the most disorganized and unprofessional entity I have ever encountered. They consistently fall short of even my lowest expectations. My son had appointment today at 1:00, which I confirmed yesterday and received the zoom ID for, however, when we tried logging in it came back as invalid. My son was recently in the hospital here. I had ankle surgery so I needed someone to drive me and help me navigate public places on my knee scooter. The hospital told my caregiver to leave the hospital. They told me I could stay but how could I stayed without the assistance from my caregiver. According to the ADA I am allowed my caregiver. RecommendedThis an excellent hospital. Without exception the doctors and nurses in intermediate care are brilliant, skilled, thorough, compassionate, thoughtful and kind. And the hospital itself is clean, beautifully appointed, light, bright and welcoming to children and their families. What a tremendous asset this hospital is to the city!
The doctors are Amazing but the nurses suck they do not care about the patient's symptoms to prevent complications. They do not wash there hands like the should. The NICU is high care but the nurses do not follow proper precautions to prevent spreading infections. I had my baby here last year from February 2019 - May-2019 and this place screwed up alot thing's with my baby. Nurses do not pay attention to patient's and do not let doctors know the condition of baby how it should be. The Charge Nurses are a joke they don't care... read more

We have taken our girls to Santa Rosa E.R. for years, but today our 9 month old had outpatient Ear Tube Surgery. It was truly an excellent experience. Once we were pulled back to a room, R.N. Jaydee was very kind and helpful and even brought toys for our baby while we waited (which was NOT long at all!!!) After the surgery with Dr. Buckmiller, our recovery R.N. So far we have had excellent treatment from. the doctors & nurses to the therapists and staff and the sisters. the hospital is clean and easy to maneuver about and is family friendly.
