Shelby at the front desk is very rude and misguiding. Their hours suck, and trying to schedule an appointment is horrible. They have no compassion for your sick child.
Online it says they close at 5 on Fridays. They actually close at 3 on Friday so that needs to be fixed. I also got there at 2:15 and they told me they couldn’t see me because they was getting ready to leave??? Excuse me? YALL CLOSE AT 3. They could have seen my kids they had time. Mind you they was completely empty and not busy.
Take all my grandchildren here for medical care and the staff is nice and helpful. Thank you ☺️
