I would not recommend this office to anyone — especially not to special needs families who depend on reliable care and basic respect.
They took a month to approve a prescription for my son. Because of this he had to stop receiving the services he needs. When I called to try and get it taken care of the lady I spoke to was very nonchalant and didn’t seem to care about my issue at all. It took several days to finally get it done. I am completely shocked at how rude the office staff was throughout the process.
Great service by all the nurses and doctors. I would highly recommend this place.
0/10 recommend taking your children here!!!! I took my 3 month old baby to the clinic on Wednesday for excessive diarrhea. They told me it was a virus and it had to run its course. Thursday he was not eating and his stool was very consistent with mucus and had blood in it. I sent them a picture through MYCHART.
