Front desk staff is rude and makes inappropriate comments about patients. She was rude because I called my mom about my insurance saying I was old enough to know and its not under my parents. When I still made the call she also said I couldn't make a call to my mom because that's not how it works. There was no need to make such comments. If a patient still wants to consult there mom over a medical decision or insurance why can't they.
Thank you to the staff, nurses, and doctors at TCC for seeing me. I had a 3mm kidney stone diagnosis from the 8th of last month, and stuck it out with minimum medication from the Los Alamitos ER for 3 weeks with what felt like no hope to follow up with a PCP and urologist. After searching, Dr Castillo saw me as a next day patient at TCC and recommended I go to the Memorial Care ER with a referral to a urologist for a high concern for damage occurring to my kidney. Hardly answer phone. Are not friendly. I would rethink going here
Dr. Tsai is nice and responsive IF you can ever get through. However, they have their system on refusing to answer all calls from patients for over a month, and they have never returned a voicemail message I have left in the past 5 years.
