This clinic is terrible with scheduling people. It’s the most inconvenient doctors office on earth. YOU WILL NEVER GET AN APPOINTMENT AND THE DOCTORS ARE NEVER THERE . It’s sad because I have kids with special needs and can NEVER GET AN APPOINTMENT EVER. DO NOT EVER MAKE THIS YOUR PRIMARY DOCTORS OFFICE !!! TERRIBLE. Everyone is lazy and is always on vacation and YOU WONT EVER BE SEEN FOR AT LEAST 3-6 MONTHS. Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I HAD TO WAIT A BIT FOR THE DOCTOR TO SEE ME. BUT IT WAS OKAY. NICE CLEAN CLINIC. A LITTLE HARD TO FIND ON MY FIRST TIME. BUT ONCE I FOUND WHERE TO GO IT WAS NICE. STAFF WAS KIND AND HELPFUL.
They are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, don’t respect confirmed appointment time, staff hangs up when asked to speak to there director of the facility. They don’t have a direct call back number, Dr also is unprofessional, tells patients sometimes that he can’t do conduct
Its been 2 months that I’m trying to make an appointment! Someone will answer and will direct to somebody will do your appointment! Nobody answers after that!!!!! Terrible
