Tengo casi 9 años atendiendo a mis hijos aquí y siempre todo bien. En este año han sido las peores experiencias. Acabo de llevar a mi hijo a una cita médica, llegamos 1 hora con tiempo, NO HABÍA NADIE MÁS!!! These people are no good. The directors and supervisors never are available and never do their jobs! They have caused me over $50,000 in losses as a foster parent to my NIECE. It’s a shame that there’s never anyone being held accountable for their mistakes! I’m tired of being quiet about the staff members in this horrific Bronx office! The caseworker at children aid society Tachelle Vance Caroline o’Sullivan Sarahlee B & Devon are the worst people to work with they don’t care about your children they care about getting paid because it’s not happening to their kids & they try to use your kids into guilt tripping you into making you feel like the worst parent in the world please make sure you don’t ever get stuck working with these people in this agency

This place sucks they took my grandkids away from their mother to give them to someone who was abusing them.and hurting them, they don't care who they are hurting as long as they get paid and cover up
