Worst ever.. liars! Case workers are liar! Making up stories. Causing the delay of kids from seeing their families.
Tengo casi 9 años atendiendo a mis hijos aquí y siempre todo bien. En este año han sido las peores experiencias. Acabo de llevar a mi hijo a una cita médica, llegamos 1 hora con tiempo, NO HABÍA NADIE MÁS!!! Y después llegaron 5 personas más a las cuales atendieron bien rápido mientras que a mi hijo lo dejaron esperando más de una hora, cuando reclamo nadie sale, la supervisora según iba a salir y nunca lo hizo. These people are no good. The directors and supervisors never are available and never do their jobs! They have caused me over $50,000 in losses as a foster parent to my NIECE. It’s a shame that there’s never anyone being held accountable for their mistakes! I’m tired of being quiet about the staff members in this horrific Bronx office! Where are the staff members that hire these sick people? Every staff member is always on vacation or maternity leave!!!! They steal money from board checks too!
