Absolutely rubbish. No doctor for 11hours. Absolutely not acceptable. Never ever go to this place. Never. Go RPA or Concord.
I was admitted here for a concussion and the triage nurses got me in quick and tests were done. The doctors help cheer the kids up by making them sometimes do silly things. Doctors and nurses care a lot and will gently wake you up in the night for monitoring. When I went for the CT scan the doctors walked me through it and did it carefully as well as showing me how it worked and letting a carer in.
It is the best hospital, they save my baby’s life when he has RSV and looks after my mental health as well.
If i can give them zero start! They made us to go there twice waiting the entire 6 hours.my 10 month old she was digonosed with bronchiolitis but they told us to go home with some basic drinking and sleeping it off directions while she was not able take milk or not even able sleep due the terrible cold she got. we asked the doctor about giving her some relief they were so rude and not even care about my wife who just came from the surgery!
