Showed up for my child’s appointment 04/12/26 for a cleaning, was told be there at 11 I showed up at 10:50 wasn’t brought back till 11:45 and was only back there 15 mins, he still had plaque on his teeth and there waiting room is stinky
I should've listened to what others were saying about this place. They warned me about the scheduling, but I really wanted to support them. We are now looking elsewhere.
The Children’s Dental Studio here in Crystal Springs is the absolute BEST all around! Everyone is so welcoming and super friendly! They make the parent and the child feel so comfortable! They are very informative and tell you step by step everything they are doing and will do with a treatment plan! The facility was very nice and super clean as well! My children honestly can’t wait to go back! 100% recommend!!!
