I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the administrative staff. I called to reschedule an appointment to our usual time of 4:00 PM. However, the staff member I spoke with insisted that neither the clinician we are seeing nor any other clinician offers appointments around that time, which I find hard to believe. Unprofessional.
CDN is great-kind and helpful reception staff, Dr Tork is an excellent paediatrician and Matt Simmonds is a wonderful psychologist, caring and supportive. It’s really convenient to have several services in-house so they can do internal referrals etc.
Highly professional and very helpful staff from the specialists and the reception team. Pretty much always on time and their services have helped my daughter immensely.
Unorganised and unprofessional ! Don't waste you time !
