I have never left a review in my life let alone a bad one. Unfortunately a resident smuggled edibles into the facility and my granddaughter ate one. Not the end of the world. But administration instead of owning it reported that I supplied her with drugs. Which opened CPS case that was immediately closed as nonsense. Julia the administrator is unprofessional and mean. I was a former resident at Tccny and to be completely transparent I don't understand the bad reviews. These places aren't here to cure your children its here to support them and show them skills for the outside for and show them how to cope . Yes we do have walks to family tree once we EARN them .
