I love the therapists and I love our doctor, the central office has the RUDEST staff and the number is set up we are forced to go through them. This girl Jennifer was so unnecessarily rude to me when I was trying to contact the Flushing office about our appointments. I can't even believe how awfully she spoke to me for no damn reason at all.

They took all of my info in May, we completed the entire intake process. I have called repeatedly and no one answers the phone. I’ve sent emails inquiring about our process and when should we expect to be assign a psych/therapist. It is now august my son needs an IEP and can’t get one because no one is responding. Truly disappointed because while these big people have lived their lives I’m doing my best to insure my son does the same.
