Food was amazing.
We ordered lunch at noon. Didn't get our food until 1 pm. I ordered a crispy chicken salad with cheese & bacon crumbles. When our food arrived, my salad was hot, no cheese, no bacon crumbles & the cucumber in my salad was rubbery. Paying $16 for a salad & it's not correct or cold upon arrival is disappointing to say the least! I used to love Chicken Shack!
I ordered a chicken Salad with an additional finger. I did not receive any chicken finger. When I called and asked the guy told me he actually made the salad and remembers putting it. I said there is barely 1/3 of a chicken breast on here and he said to basically contact door dash customer service. Absolutely a bad value and a really bad customer service experience putting your problems on to another company.
I went in last night one hour before closing ordered some garlic fries. I'm pretty sure the oil was old because I woke up with a horrible stomach ache.. Feel that these stores need to be responsible and make food fresh to order and have clean oil
I’m SUPER picky when it comes to my chicken. If I bite into a weird piece and my teeth bounce back…that’s game over for me! I’ve been to The Chicken Shack several times now, and I can honestly say I have NEVER gotten a weird piece of chicken. Everything has always been fresh, crispy, and delicious.
