As all others have noted, this company has SERIOUS issues with administration. The receptionists are extremely rude, do not respond in a timely manner, and it is nearly impossible to obtain patient needs with obviously untrained and non-empathetic receptionists working in a health-care practice. Couldn’t even confirm a booking for an appointment because the receptionist contacting me was extremely rude, argumentative, and disrespectful due to the reception of the medical center. This institution has zero empathy or regard for the human experience. A complete disappointment.
