Couldn’t even confirm a booking for an appointment because the receptionist contacting me was extremely rude, argumentative, and disrespectful due to the reception of the medical center. This institution has zero empathy or regard for the human experience. A complete disappointment.

I met a doctor here to discuss my son who is 9 with nonverbal autism and severe SIB. I appreciate that he honestly told me he didn't think he was right for us, but wish I had known that before waiting the 2-3 months for the appt. I also selected this practice because their name is "integrative" but I was told at the appt that that is a vestige of the original owners name/business and it's not really an integrative practice.
