I met a doctor here to discuss my son who is 9 with nonverbal autism and severe SIB. I appreciate that he honestly told me he didn't think he was right for us, but wish I had known that before waiting the 2-3 months for the appt. I also selected this practice because their name is "integrative" but I was told at the appt that that is a vestige of the original owners name/business and it's not really an integrative practice. AVOID At ALL COSTS!!! Despite having great therapist and psychs and staff their billing department are SCAM ARTISTS. They are taking more money out than required even after we paid all our bills they continue to cover charge. We talk to them about this their billing department still keeps doing and are rude to us. We have asked them to take our cards off file because of they are committing fraud and they have refused too and then proceed to over charge. AGAIN THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND COMMIT FRAUD!!!!
have been coming here for a few years now and can’t say enough good things. the woman who works at reception, Liz Bell, is FANTASTIC, so kind, works QUICK and always extremely helpful. on top of that, when I first came to Chicago Integrative, I was seeing a different provider who retired and Dr.Ficaro took her place.
