Trash company with zero customer service. I placed an order three weeks ago and got no response about the status, but they immediately charged cc without having parts in stock. I have contacted them three times and received no response. Avoid and take your business elsewhere.
I placed and order on 12/30/22 for a repair kit for and old outside Hydrant the need repaired. I received and email that because of the holiday this order would not be processed until 1/3 and they didn’t stock this item and would have to have it shipped, ok not what i wanted but i understand. Excellent. Answered my questions well before purchase. Shipped quickly and a good price. When the product arrived with minor damage they could not have been more accomodating or efficient in setting it right, the real indicator of a quality company.
I needed a soap dispenser pump for my sink, cost $4.00. I found a supplier in New York and the Chicago Faucet Shoppe approx. 30 miles from my home. I ordered the Then was hit with a shipping fee of $19.66. When I didn’t receive the part in the time frame promised I emailed Chicago Faucet.
