I wish I lived in N.M. to go to the Chi Center. I've studied with Master Mingtong for many years and have gone to his retreats in CA, which have been amazing. Each one was unique, learning something new about my connection to my body, mind, emotions, spirit, and the bigger space around me. I'm part of the year long on-line practice, which I love. Hoping to get to visit in person one day.
Mingtong is amazing. I enjoyed learning Qi Gong at a workshop in Portland. Practicing Qi Gong is creating space within me for happiness.
Master Mingtong Gu is the real thing - a true healer and skillful teacher. Wisdom Qi Gong is effective and just foreign enough to make it evocatively delicious. It is a lovely experience leading to better health and happier living.
