Our service experience was great, everyone in the service department were very nice and our service issues were fixed. We wish we did not live so far from the dealership as we would get our Tahoe serviced at the Chevy Exchange Service Center any time we had a problem.
I had my rear view mirror replaced. It was a more difficult job then anticipated. Chevy exchange billed me what they quoted me. It was a job well done!
I’ve taken my truck five separate times for the same issue and it doesn’t seem to be fixed. The technicians are thorough with the service provided. The issue still persist. During one of the visits, the mechanic who would work on my truck, sarcastically, said “more warranty work, I’m great at those”. I felt the mechanic was annoyed to have to work on a vehicle that was under factory warranty. I felt I would not get the same level of service compared to a customer who was paying for the services.
