I had a terrible experience with this Chevy dealership’s service department. The work done on my vehicle was poor, and the results were unacceptable. When I tried to get help, I received little to no support. My service advisor, Dan, was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised concerns. There was no accountability or effort to resolve the issues.
